I’m currently standing at the Glenstone office with about 30 people ahead of me.  There are 5 people working and one of them is NOT helping customers.  She’s just sitting there.  Additionally, I’ve been in this same location every single day this week on my lunch hour trying to get my car tagged and have been unable to do so since the only time I have available is my lunch hour from 1-2.  Inefficient doesn’t even begin to describe how this office operates.  

I might also add that the same group of people have been standing at the counters for 30 min.  Absolutely ridiculous.

Only 3 people working and over 40 people waiting. Need to hire more staff. Maybe offer more pay to get people to work instead of paying pennies

I have had excellent service every time i have come in. I have 7 vehicles I need to keep registered and have had an excellent experience. Some of these people who complain should live in California and go to The DMV. .

I have a 30 minute lunch and went in at shortly after 1pm.  There were approx 25 people waiting and I was in and out in 15 minutes.  I was greeted with a friendly smile from both people who took care of me.  Very Helpful and fast service!!!
