out of 5 stars for the 3 times we have been turned away. We have called on 3 different occasions before we came in and been turned away when we arrive due to lack of information. Be sure to ask very specific questions when contacting the office. They are very short with you and provide only minimal information. Most automated machines will provide you more information than the employees in this office will. We drive from out of city to their office just to be turned away. The services that are provided once we actually get through are appreciated.

I have been coming here for the past five years and have never had an issue until now the new lady wwith the red hair that works at the front desk is so rude last time I came here with my autistic son she tried to tell me I didn't have enough of what they needed like shot records or whatever when I did bow today after sitting for half an hour with my daughter 15 other adults and 20 children she tells me to go.sit down rudely then when she calls my number after forever tells me there full I said why didn't you tell me that to begin with she said I didn't know until I called the last person no she didn't know until she looked at my folder which she should of done in the first place people have lives they work they can't just take time off to come and be pooped on I can not stand her next time I will not leave you need to hire someone else next time I come in I will be treated right the way my services should be if ur full then make sure u set real appointments for people don't just brush them aside next time she is rude she will get an ear full I've had it most rudest lady should not work with family's! She didn't even say sorry or talk to me kindly just snarky and rolled her eyes like a teenager!
