Even when you ask them to NOT move your seat or mirrors, they do. Just saw the video of the man bringing up me car, average height, taller than the height of my car. I get in, the steering wheel is in my chest, knees hitting the steering column, and the only thing anyone could see in the side mirrors is the handle to the front door. I think they have kids driving the cars with how the mirrors and seat were set. The manager Will said they do not have kids driving cars. But he can't really say that unless he is there 24/7. I prefer to put my bags in and out of my car myself. I tip the driver and say I'll take care of my bags. No big deal. Just let me handle my bags because I treat my bags differently than how others treat my/your bags. Today I picked up my car and got disparaging remarks from one of the drivers. I promptly left their lot and will never be back. I spoke to the owner/v.p. and told him I won't be back because of the rude driver. He said he'll"talk to him". The right thing would have been too bring that rude guy up to the office right then. He didn't. There are cheaper rates at other lots and cheaper"airport access fee" than the$5 Globe says it is and lots closer to the airport.

This is a great place to park I've been traveling in and out of Pittsburgh airport for many years and have used numerous on and offsite parking. The prices are lower than others and if you have a plug in electric car like I do, if you bring your charger they will have it fully charged for you at pickup, no extra fee, nobody else near the airport does that to my knowledge.

My husband and I have always park at the airport when we travel. We decided to park at Globe since with had a lot of luggage. My husband total forgot that he left money in his middle consol. When we got home he went to get some money out and found out the money was gone. Yes, my husband should of remembered that he left the money however he did not. Called Globe and they told my husband that they would look at the surveillance camera's. My husband called and called and they finally told him that they only saw the guy parking his car and then the guys bringing the car up for us. My husband asked then gentlemen if they ask they 2 guys if they took the money and the reply was NO!! My husband asked to talk to the owner of the company. Now waiting for the owner to call back. Not sure if you can trust the people at Globe. I had to give them a star to post this review. I LOVE HOW IT SAY FAMILY RUN BUSSINESS!! THAT IS VERY SCARY!!!! I will be calling the better business bureau on them.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have the cheapest rates near the airport and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle. They handle all of your luggage for you and offer several car services as well as parking. When I returned back to pick up my car, they had it turned on and warm. They make traveling so much easier, I would definitely recommend!

Globe Airport parking always has one of the best prices available for off the airport parking. Their service is outstanding and wait times for the shuttles are minimal. If you need your car washed, detailed or repairs they also offer that too. I highly recommend this business and will use them in the future again.
