DONT park here. Park further and walk. Piss poor company .They charge an arm and a leg. And makes tons of dough, and can't even hire a real person, they have one of those machines. I hadn't noticed the "pay grace  period" sign. If you leave the garage over 10 minutes after paying you get charged an EXTRA $10 at the gate or they won't open it up. 10 minutes did not give me enough time to walk up the stairs, warm up my car, organize my personal belongings, set my gps and drive out in a careful manner.  I was about 2 minutes over that. I am irate. I pressed the help call button at the gate and the lady informed me this is a very "strict" garage and she could not help me. I will be contacting this company to pursue a refund although I have little hope of that. Here is an idea Park Harrisburg: pay a gate attendant or two and people can pay at the time they leave the garage.

Obviously overpriced, but the city is deciding what the rates are. Park Harrisburg is just the inconvenient middle man. 

I cancelled my garage because it was inconvenient- I could only park after 4 and had to leave by 9. It costs $200 per month if you want all day parking, nevermind the fact that the spider nest of a garage is empty after 5.

I’ve gottn tickets even though I was parked where I had a permit to be. They’ve also given me another person’s ticket before, which I understand has happened to a few people. They conveniently close before anyone gets off of work, thereby making it next to impossible to go in. 

I will be “reactivating” my overpriced Spider Garage permit since I’m not allowed to actually park near my home. They’d rather leave it all $3 per hour meter parking- no permits allowed. 

Watch your back in the garages, as the only cameras I’ve seen are at the entrances, and the entire gate opens when you swipe through the door. 

What a mess. I think it’s helped balance the city’s budget, but parking is the number one reason I’ll be leaving.

The people in the office are very nice, though.

Staff are very friendly if you're friendly with them. Prices are a joke. Monthly prices are a joke. Random charges are a joke. The company that owns the parking in Harrisburg are you guessed it.. A joke!

Outrageous prices, ridiculous policies. Charged my card for THREE months of parking at once, then had the nerve to demand a $15 "reactivation fee" on top of it. All because a card expiration date changed? Only redeeming feature is that the counter staff seem genuinely embarrassed and sympathetic when corporate policies are asinine.
