As a note: the boots are dirty in the pictures because I'd just worn them the day the zipper broke, and I didn't see a point in cleaning a pair of useless boots.

I can't say much for service, because I bought the boots last winter and I don't remember, but I can comment on the quality (or lack thereof) of the boots purchased here.

I spent over $100 on the boots I purchased here, and they're garbage after only one winter season. The leather or pleather exterior material wore off/peeled on the toes; the sole separated from the boot; there seems to be some kind of bubbling or cracking in the material; and the zipper on one of the boots broke off while I was wearing them. I also want to clarify that I washed the salt off the boots, and sprayed them with a protector that I also bought at this store; it obviously didn't help.

I bought the boots because they were supposed to be especially resistant to very cold weather, and waterproof; but the company really should have made the zipper end higher up on the boot, because water would penetrate through it and seep into my boots; soaking my socks. Kind of pointless to make the rest of the boots waterproof, but ignore such a huge design flaw.

The customer service was terrible, they are imbeciles. They have no respect for their customers and are clearly not trained in the domain of retail. Please rectify this problem immediately, I am increasingly dissapointed in the store and its employees.

The place is understaffed and the employees indifferent. You can get great prices if there's a sale going on on a specific brand or type of shoe you're looking to buy.

Quite a big store and has a lot of options. We were there 2hours and only one person asked if we needed assistance. Not enough staff. But the prices and sales were great!
