They refused to offer any massage with my $30 gel manicure, even as I saw another customer getting a massage included with hers. I was the only black customer in the salon. They said if I wanted a massage, I should pay an additional $12 for a 10 min massage. They are not friendly at all, and don’t invite you to have a seat and pick a color if they’re busy. They just expect you to do it. The manicure itself was amateurish. Will not be returning.

I've been to many nail salons over the years but this place ugh were do I start ! im just not going to recommend any one there. Long story short they guy who did my nails did a horrible job he was rough with my hands and rude becuase I didn't like how my nails were starting to come out. So I stopped him before he finished and he grabbed my hands trying to cut the nails off and I started yelling at him asking him what was he doing ! And he stood up and I could barely understand what he was saying but he was aggressive. The only good thing I can say about this place is that there was a Japanese restaurant right next door for me to eat other then that ! Everything about this place sucks .

The workers at Gloria go so hard at their job, I can not appreciate more how they don't half ass things they're already getting payed for. I really value that in workers, love the experience Everyone is sweet
