Well, in a world where we get told over and over again and again that "we can't help you", today Mrs Teresa James made that phrase go away. I needed a copy of a lien receipt to get paid by a finance company and she found a way to help me get that copy. Talk about grateful..... I am him. What a wonderful refreshing voice on the telephone followed by above and beyond...... Glynn County you are lucky to have a 5 STAR employee on the front line. Ty Ty Ty
I called the Tax Office today in order to get the property tax amount that was paid for my vehicle purchase last year in order to complete my tax return. I spoke to Ms. Theresa James. She was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She got me the information I needed but also noticed a problem with the title for the vehicle that had not been received by Honda Financing. She was able to fix the problem for me. Ms. James was a delightful person to deal with. She seemed genuinely happy to assist me. Ms. James was exceptional in both her professionalism and positive attitude.
Got in,got out really quick, nice employees
First time to motor vehicle dept in Glynn County and I was very impressed with how well it was organized. Very efficient process and quick service from very friendly people. Prior to this I called to ask question to engineering dept and also was very impressed with friendly knowledgeable service. Thank you!
You must show up before 4:30PM for tags, although it says that is only for titles it is for tags too. This place is catered towards unemployed or retired people.

I wish every government office ran like this one! Michelle was friendly and quick and get this...she actually HELPED ME with what I was trying to accomplish. After visiting other offices here in the county, I left in absolute shock while smiling. Kudos!
These are the laziest old hags in the WORLD! Im in the navy stationed elsewhere and im trying to get tags taking care of. I have family there to take care of it, the people there MESSED my tags up and gave me the wrong tags. Had to send another family member up there to fix it. He stepped out to retrieve the money to pay at 4:58. They stepped out at 5 and said we’re closed and locked the door. What kind of service is that? ESPECIALLY to active duty service members? I will be calling to speak to the tax commissioner first thing monday morning about this.
Very quick compared to other DMV I’ve had to visit.
