The Glynn County Police Department is a full service progressive law enforcement agency with a strength of 116 officers. We serve over 80,000 residents, and several thousand visitors, of Glynn County and the Golden Isles of Georgia. The men and women of the Glynn County Police Department strive to provide the best possible law enforcement and public safety quality of life services to our community.

This police department needs to be investigated for illegal use of force against a mentally challenged individual in 2021 Where they used a legal chokehold tased him to the point he had eight probes in him, disregarded the caretaker of the individual on site trying to explain to these tyrant cops did he cannot process the information they are trying to say to him, and they should all be stripped of their qualified immunity and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Anything less than that shows the corruption of the entire police department in this county and this state

promised for months to bring back items taken for evidence. Still have not received them. Have been told by Detective Clark he would return it over and over and it does not happen. Told him I would have someone pick it up. He said he would check and let me know. Still has not happened. We are suppose to be able to trust the words of the police. I guess not! Very disappointed! Very discouraged! I know they are busy but when they say something they should keep your word.

I just want to say thank you officers and staff in your constant diligence for making Glynn county a safer place to visit and possibly live. I sat in a parking lot today coming from Virginia trying to relax and unwind from all the traffic on the highway and I must say I saw those officers out there doing their patrols in a manner that I felt safe where I was sitting in my vehicle. I saw these officers quite frequently and I must say in most counties you don't see a police officer very often. This is a good Police department and I would hope that the community understands that. Thank you officers and God bless you and happy New Year

JUSTICE FOR TRENT!!! Officer Dustin Davis’ child participated in the repeated and savage TORTURE of Trent Lehrkamp. We demand justice, we refuse to watch this be sweeped under the rug, as happens to so many other crimes committed by family members of cops. Leland Davis needs to be charged & Dustin Davis should no longer be allowed to be a police officer, he is clearly unable to prevent violence or crime from happening, even when his own child is the perpetrator.

Absolutely disgusting. And the fact theres no swift action proves what people say about the police sustem right. the boys and PARENTS that were home at the time of Trent’s unfortunate incidentneed to be held accountable to an extreme degree. Scum of the earth to do those horrifying things, these cruel boys need to learn their lesson and be disciplined the hard way. They are old enough to know better. JUSTICE4TRENT

I hope Justice is served and the Dustin Davis is held accountable for raising the rat of a human he produced.This has gone global and I hope that this department gets wiped of all the corrupt police officers. What a disgrace to humanity.

Big shout out to Sonja Roberts for being so helpful and knowledgeable with helping me restrict some of my records. Even if they get denied she was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I’m grateful.  Dale has also been directly helping me. I appreciate all that you do. Thank you!

Chief,  Hats off to your team.  Honestly, I don't know how to thank them.  From the moment I called 911 until the officer came to assist my family.  We knew we we're in good hands..  yall made us feel like we we're at home in Clearwater Florida.   The officer was tall, and had a dark beard very professional and so detailed. WOW we.
