This company deserves no stars.  This has been the worst experience I have ever had.  Ordered a product from this company no confirmation that they received the order.  After waiting for two weeks ordered the product through another company, confirmation was emailed within minutes.  Product was received from a third party within a week or so.  However,  my product from GMS also coming from the same third party did not arrive till a week later.  Tried to call this company several times with no luck.  Then after we contacted the third party company they told me to ship it back (we paid shipping) to them and after they receive the product they would contact GMS to get my refund.  So now I have no product that I paid for and guess what GMS still want return my calls and I found out they will not refund my money.  I would not suggest anyone to use this company unless you want to get ripped off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Tried to order replacement cables for Double K clippers. Paid for priority shipping. They processed my card amount immediately but NEVER RECEIVED a shipping tracking number or what I ordered. Tried contacting by email  twice with NO RESPONSE. Tried calling and got hung up on. Luckily, paid by PayPal so hope to get a refund. I am highly suspect that this is a fake website scam.
