Have been taking my three Yorkies to Keno"s since they opened over six years ago.  They love my dogs and treat them like the babies they are.  Have always been very satisfied with their work.  Claudio, Gracie and Maxie have a great time there.

No professionalism. I left my dog there to get groomed. When he was ready They called me and told me they were only accepting cash. To make a long story short the lady started yelling on the phone. She said the card reader machine was broken. Not the first time this lady is rude and starts yelling. When I went to pick up the dog, the card machine miraculously started working. To top it off, they shave my dogs tail hair totally off when they knew they weren’t supposed to. Prices vary. Sometimes they would charge me $50 and another time $70. To get the same results. Stopped going there. Only go there if you want to be yelled at as a paying customer.

Excellent dog care. Good awareness of natural care. They are considerate of special needs.

They cut my dogs hair just like I ask.
He loves going to have a spa day, he's happy when we walk in. He knows the fuss they are going to make over him. Thank You Kenos. Gumball's Ma!!!
