After 20 years of not being able to afford the repairs needed so I could wear my wedding ring. You can't imagine my excitement when I walked into a local jewler for a quote. We ended up going to many places, all asking more than what the ring is worth. Reluctantly we went to Gold Definitions. Not only did they do the estimate on the spot, they were so welcoming it felt more as if we were visiting good friends, and they quoted hundreds less than their competition.
I had no idea I would be so emotional when picking my ring up. They did such a wonderful job cleaning and repairing it that it was as if I was seeing it for the first time.  I was already crying when I foolishly tried putting the ring on as if my fingers were the same size as the first time. 
I wasn't prepared to pay for the resizing and soldering it needed. Seeing my disappoinment, Lesa (the owner) said she would do what she had to and make sure it would be finished that evening. Then they offered me excellent discounts in addition to giving me way more than I expected for a few old broken chains. The grand total was still extremely lower than others.

I bought my girlfriend a hand-crafted ring elsewhere to give her for Christmas, and I took it here for antiquing. The ladies did a beautiful job at a great price in virtually no-time. She’s gonna LOVE the ring even more!

Where to start... My girlfriend and I took a ring in to get resized and they said they couldn't do it because it had a "nickel plating" (which we confirmed with a different jeweler that it doesn't) and recommended a metal band to tighten the fit. But they put it in without asking if we wanted it and in doing so left large scratches in the silver when they took it off. After they said that the couldn't do anything else, one of the women recommended "going to McDonald's and eating lots of cheeseburgers" to get it to fit... Quite unprofessional and uninformed if you ask me.

I came in today to sell my 18k gold bracelet and I was met with the kindest and most welcoming employees. They were extremely helpful and made sure to give me a fair quote for my jewelry. If you are looking to sell or buy jewelry, I definitely recommend this company.
