If I could use 0 stars I would. The manager Tony here is horrible! The staff in general seem to not give any F's. I bought a brand spanking new treadmill here only months ago. When we came around back to pick it up to take it home they mustve been short handed because this tiny girl has it and DROPS it.... the box looked ok so we take it home and put it together. Seems ok for a bit. Then it starts getting possessed even without the safety key on, its randomly beeping and so we unplug it and forget about it for a bit with life/surgeries/etc. When I do plug it back in, same thing... so I call and speak to Tony, hes rude and tells me how I am twisting his words when he refuses to help me in any way such as replacing it or refunding me with store credit(Im not even asking for cash here). There is no such report showing that their employee DROPPED my machine even. Very odd! I asked who the next higher up is, this mystery woman named Cindy. He will not give me her number says I have to call customer service to get it, I ask him how he gets ahold of her and he says well he has her person number but will not give it to me. I even tried customer service and told them I need to speak with Cindy, they have no idea how theyd even get ahold of her. Now I have spoken with other managers at other Sears and they claim you can do a case by case basis on something like this, but he refused. Tech looked it over, said it IS in fact obviously messed up from the fall, there is no other way it would be like this especially so soon after buying it. Cindy, I hope you read this if you're real.... call me and I will tell you about the people managing your stores.

Quick easy return turned into a real stresser....lady working appliances is lazy lethargic and stupid. Tue nov 7th at open if business. Thanks you ruined the start if a good day and I'll never shop here again. I've been a customer 25yrs

I've recently found that a good number of things that I would normally purchase from Amazon are actually cheaper at Sears when I use the online coupons and a sears card (plus I am sometime sent the wrong item from amazon). I order online, then pick up from this store, and all I have to do is swipe my card, and my item is brought to me with in two minutes. Its very convenient

The salesman in the mattress department was so helpful and friendly! I will definitely be back to shop for any of my household needs here at the South Hill location, thank you Dale!
