Horrible customer service, they told me an amount one day and then I came in a couple days later and he completely chopped the price to little but nothing.. if your gonna say one price one day it would be nothing but courteous to keep that same price the same especially since I spoke to the same gentleman the first time... after that I asked to speak to the manager but I had already left so I called them and the same guy that I spoke to in the store picked up the phone and said "I am the manager what do you want" I didn't even wanna speak to him after because that's no proper not professional way to talk to a customer or speak to them... I am beyond disappointed in the customer service i received

Great Experience, came in from Phoenix area for a couple days and my son wanted to buy some silver and browse coins. The folks at Gold Rush were very helpful and friendly. Fair prices on all their gold and silver. Will definitely be back if I travel out that way again

Amazing customer service, very fast and polite! They give you the best value for your jewelry, 80% of the cost!! I will definitely be going back when I need to!!

Have come here many times to recycle old and unused jewelry. The staff are very professional and helpful. They have the best rates anywhere! Will keep coming back.

Five Stars! Very quick service and helpful staff. They gave me an awesome deal on my gold ring. I found out about this place on google and read all the great reviews so I decided to go here; now I am the one writing a review! Will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this place!
