I went to Piercing Pagoda today around 11:15 am. The young lady was very patient and assisted me in getting the right hoop earrings that i wanted.  Pretty good customer service today IMHO.

This store is horrible they have very very bad customer service.I've recently visited location and there were 3 new girl's working one was eating rather then helping customers,asked her if she was on break or lunch and she just looked at us with no response. one was on her phone talking and eating as customers were waiting she never told them it would be a few minutes.the other lady was piercing she made a joke about piercing the mans ears wrong.they aren't knowledgeable about store policies nor merchandise.wouldn't recommend sunrise mall location to anyone.also we came next day and manager kim was just as bad very poor customer service like she didn't care,told me on phone she would honor a sale came in same day she lied to me and said she never stated that she would honor sale.just a very very bad experience.the new hires are just horrible worsted experience ever they need alot of training before they are hired.

The lady at the counter was not at all pleasant. She didn't bother to say a hello or anything when I approached, just continued to do whatever she was. Her daughter was also there and she was as much lost as the mother was.
