First off, if you want a gym just for cardio or a quick workout, this place is fine.  If you are looking for a serious gym to get a great workout in, this is not the place.  The equipment is aged and the barbells are horrible.  York barbell equipment is terrible. The gym has a ton of cardio machines but ridiculous free weight section with Dumbbells and cables that are coming apart.

I have been a member here since 2013 and this is hands down the best gym out there. At every visit I am greeted with smiles and work out in an impeccable environment. Jeanine Carbajal, instructor, is a solid attribute to this place. Over the years she has pushed me to my limit in group classes and always gave me positive reinforcement. Thank you Jeanine for training not only my body but my mind and soul. I also have to give recognition to Molly and Kristen. They are also extremely positive and you can definitely tell they love this profession. I am really sadden to say good bye to this place after all the great experiences I've had here. Although, I already moved out of state, Chris Simoncini and Terry cancelled my membership as requested. They responded immediately and made the process easy. In my opinion, you cannot get a better gym than this. Thank you for everything.

Dumb bells are beat to hell, hours are ridiculous! I work all week along with majority of people it should be 24 hours on the weekend!!! A lot of the benches wobble and have torn up leather. Seems like they really don't care if things are falling apart.

Facilities are fine but the customer service is below average. ALSO, make sure you do your due diligence on the gym membership policies. If you want to cancel your membership (due to moving, etc), they put MAJOR stipulations on your ability to do so. Absurd.
