So to all of golds gym members of North Augusta. How does it feel to be lied to again? Not only have they not fixed all the safety issues that place is having but they are remodeling and taking things away. Like you TANNING BEDS!!! You will not be getting this back. It was something that many of us pay for in our monthly membership. And even those machines was falling apart. And the so called fix is the "manager " has a flyer for Palm beach tan. So now you get to drive someplace else and pay more money for something that used to be part of your contract. I was even told by the front desk people that they will not be making an announcement and only tell people that ask. So those of you that are signing up again may want to think about that. All they do is keep taking away and expect you to get over it. They also stated you won't be able to get out of your contract just because you don't have your tanning anymore. I for one am dropping golds. We can hope #evansfitnesscenter will build a REAL gym or someone that cares about the people. You have been given your warning

Okay gym. Smaller than most Golds but you can get a good workout in. Repairs take 3 weeks or longer. Not Very "welcoming" vibe by the manager. However people at the front desk always friendly. Weight Equipment is good. Treadmills and ellipticals are old and outdated.

Decent gym,  but not for visitors, or someone who may move.  No matter how many times you call, no matter how many official letters you send in, they will not drop your account even do to relocation.  I moved to Columbia, and attempted to drop the NA golds membership because they are not reciprocated, and I did not want to pay for both....but guess what?  I had to pay for both.  Whenever I moved to greenwood, I had the same issue with North Augusta Golds not dropping my membership, even though I lived 50+ miles away, and now that I moved back from Greenwood to North Augusta, I'm sure I don't even have a chance to get rid of my membership now.    The BEST thing about the NA golds gym, is that a membership there will let you get into the much nicer Aiken Golds.

Price is right. Hours work for my daily schedule. Close to home. Only reasons I am giving a two star.  
The cleanliness of this gym leaves much to be desired. Its disappointing and disgusting. It is number 3 of the list of things the majority of people consider when choosing a gym to join. This Golds Gym does not seem to care much about cleanliness and gaining long term customers.

I have been looking for a gym with a sauna, not knowing the one I attend does in a different location. I love itttt!!!!!!Sauna is my best friend.
