Great hours if your a strict 8-5 with school or work. I can work out before, and still have time without rushing. Instructors are awesome & will push you if you want to be

The best thing I can say about Oxygen is that it is like family. There is nothing like being challenged and motivated every day by your instructors and those around you. The entire staff truly invests in your personal goals and knows when to encourage you or push you a little bit harder. 

Rich and Amy are committed to furthering their own education and the education of all of their instructors. This commitment keeps classes interesting and challenging. Your muscles don't have time to get used to one exercise because they are constantly switching it up! And they offer so many types of classes that every day can be different.

So don't go join another chain gym where you are just a number in the system. Join Oxygen Fitness, where they know your name and treat you like family!

I LOVE Oxygen Fitness! I've been going for over a year now and they still manage to challenge me in every class. The instructors are always super motivating and keep me going when I want to quit.  The Barre and Spin classes at Oxygen are like no other- LOVE all the classes at Oxygen! 💃💙
