I've used Rte. 38 Citgo for basic oil changes but up until this morning haven't needed anything major done to/with my car.  Woke up this morning to my car not starting.  Called them up and within 13 minutes, Jason, the Service Manager, was at my front door.  He drove over to give me a jump as he suspected I was having a battery issue.  Sure enough, he started my car.  We drove to the station and a half hour later, a new battery had been ordered and was installed and I was on my way home - all for a VERY reasonable price.  Highly recommend both their service and their prices.

I started coming here for oil changes and state inspections when I lived in Lowell. Even when I moved to Methuen I kept coming back because during oil changes they point out anything that is wrong with your vehicle and proactively give you quotes before any major damages occur. I bring my vehicle here for most of my repairs. The prices are reasonable and the staff here are friendly and easy to talk to. I'd recommend getting your car serviced here.

Brakes were  completely gone...I expected to pay much more than I did, JC took care of my car in a professional manner and went above and beyond my expectations...by picking me up to get my car, which would have taken me 1/2 hour to walk there.  I highly recommend their services.I, will more than likely, continue giving them my business.

I have come to Rt 38 Citgo for my auto services for the past few years now and I was satisfied after their service every time. The mechanic, J.C, repaired my two vehicles with top notch quality. Communication was great and service was excellent. Thank you very much J.C and I will definitely come back if I have any future problems with my vehicles. I would recommend J.C to anyone looking for any vehicle services.
