Why do people walk their dogs in a playground? And why don't they pick up the poo? There is so much dog poo in this playground, which is a shame because it's really cute.

I'm not really a dog person, and this is definitely a dog's park (tho not a "dog park"). Unfortunately, many people do not clean up after their dogs, and some dog owners allow their dogs off-leash, which can make for an unwelcoming environment for some neighbors. There is also a designated section as a "dog free zone," but this is almost universally disregarded. But nice, mature trees, and a small playground for children.

Tiny neighborhood park with small play area, dog-free grass zone, with dog-friendly neighbors (but not enclosed dog park). It's well-shaded by old trees and nestled in between small, modest south Philly rowhomes.
