I've been going to Dr.Goldberg for many years. He has taken care of a few problems I had with my teeeth The hygienists and office staff are wonderful.

I used to see Dr. Goldberg. I saw him regularly every 6 months for check up and cleanings. Every time he saw me, he claimed I had a mouth full of cavities and needed fillings. I trusted him and allowed him to do the work. I stopped going to him when I moved out of town. During my last visit with him, he told me that I would soon need at least 2 crowns due to the many fillings in my mouth. He told me he had an office in Plainview I could go to and that office would be near my new home. I became skeptical and found a new dentist in Bethpage, Dr Gitlin. Thanks to honest and professional dentists. I have been seeing him for over 5 years now and haven't had a cavity yet. Go figure...

Dentists and hygienist are great but the office staff receptionist and office manager are both extremely rude and nasty, unprofessional and miserable, and for the patients being treated, the cheap selfish nasty receptionist and office manager act as if the insurance payments are coming out of their pockets. In addition to their extreme unprofessional behavior, they both had a heart attack when the receptionist gave my daughter a toothbrush after her cleaning. Another issue with that nasty office staff is that they lie to your face about what your insurance covers and refuse to contact your insurance company if a request made by the doctor or hygienist for additional work to be done when it's the office staff's job to do so. Besides they both are lazy. I hope Dr. Goldberg and other dentists from this office see this compliant since my family and I have been coming to this practice for many years and its an outrage to be treated this way, If Dr. Goldberg would fire those lazy nasty unprofessional office staff idiots, then we'll return for treatment and the practice would have a 5 star rating.

Always on time. Sometimes I come early for appointments and they see me before my scheduled time. Doctors explain the process step by step so that you can understand. Very friendly staff who actually remembers your name. Best dentist I've ever been to.

The main reason why I dont like this dentist is that the people that sit at the front are extremely rude. If this dental practice got nice and courteous staff they would be much better off!!!
