I went there today and I loved it. I came late for my appointment and it was find the staff is helpful. I even got to chose what ice-cream I would like after they treated me mind you I'm 15 .they explained everything properly and Dr.sipkin is super nice it shows that they care because if your a new patient u will get informed.

The people and the service is great. Dr. Sipkin is really nice and caring person who knows what she is doing, I enjoy her being my orthodontist. Also, the environment is really friendly and overall this place is just great. I am glad I got my braces here.

Dr Sipkin is an incredible Orthodontist. She is very responsive and her service and staff are fabulous. My kids go to a very high end orthodontist in NYC and I go to Dr Sipkin. If I had to do it all over again for my kids I would take them to Dr Sipkin. I could not be more pleased.

The orthodontist and staff are extremely nice and friendly. The office is modern and clean. The only reason I do not give the office a full five star review is the availability of evening appointments. You get a lot of sighs at the appointment desk and it literally took almost 15 minutes for them to find an appointment after 5:30 for a routine visit the last time we were there. When you do have an evening appointment the office is very crowded and there can be a long wait. As a family with both parents working in the city, it's difficult for us to take time off once a month for an orthodontist appointment. If you don't need evening appointments I highly recommend this office.

I adore Dr. Sipkin. Her office is state of the art, she listens, takes her time, you never feel rushed. My son Tyshawn has standard braces and I have invisligen and have most of our appointments are together and we are never in the office a hour. Adore,adore, adore Dr. Sipkin....
