Terrible costumer service. Had to do an appointment to pick up a permit. Once I got here on time I came in, I was the only one in line and the lady in front desk was no help . I ring the bell 3 times on the window for the building department associate to help me and she wouldn’t answer. Finally after 15 mnts standing by the window. Someone told the lady in charge of the window that she had people waiting , by that time there was 2 other gentleman waiting behind me. And she answered “ why didn’t they say anything “ I had already ring the bell 3 times She started helping with the worst attitude.
