This is a worst Post Office Branch ever. Lost my 4 packages during 2010 - 2016 period. Waste of a non refundable time staying on the phone and in line. Young manager was hired purposely with a skill "don't care"

I had a very good experience there. It was supposed to open at 8.30. I arrived early and was waiting outside. The guys inside had everything ready before 8.30.  When they saw customers waiting, they opened the doors at 8.23 and did a good service. Also, the package I sent (an Amazon return) arrived at the destination in 2 days.

Amazing Service! I had been calling for 2 days awaiting for a package to arrive there. Every time I called they were giving me the step by step as to where my package was and they even expedited it when it reached their facility. I am so happy with their kindness, understanding and Customer Service.

I moved and haven't receive email for almost 3 months, i try to explain to the lady manager over there, but the only thing she is concern is not take the blame and told I filled the form wrong, and told me how to fill, i did over a month ago and haven't received still! so far I filled 3 times, bc they keep tell me i do wrong, even if their help! So, they don't know what they doing or the manager hold something against me, and don't want to me get my mails! Don't know what to da anymore!
