Nails look awful. I came in for a mani pedi, with regular polish not gel. I was greeted very awkwardly and led to the foot bath. Everyone spoke very quietly and it was hard to understand anyone for that reason. Foot bath was okay, hot towel was very hot. I sat through my pedicure and it was fine. The polish is incredibly streaky... but whatever. She did my nails as well. They used a TON of lotion, I am having a hard time typing because my hands are still slick. At the tables next to me was a group of three workers on a break or maybe just sitting around because it's a slow day, they were gossiping. As the woman painted my nails I could tell she was getting more and more interested in their conversation... she was paying little attention to my nails and she made many small mistakes that I had to tell her to correct. I was left with nails with streaks and small bubbles that look absolutely awful... and it wasn't cheap enough that I can justify it. Never going back, I would complain in person but I have no faith that they would help me.
