I just left there after supposedly paying for a full face wax. I was there for over an hour and left with maybe 1/3 of the hair removed. I was placed in a pedicure chair that is really not meant to be comfortable for anyone who was to lift their face up for an hour or I'd imagine for the person who has to do the waxing.  I don't think their employee knows what she is doing and it would have been helpful if she just told me that rather than me wasting money and an hour of my life getting incompetent service. If you want something simple like eyebrows they can accommodate you. I then spent 10 min. while they negotiated what to charge me for a shoddy job despite prices already listed on their menu online. When I got in the car the full extent of the slipshod work was evident. I will not being going back there. Employees seem very nice but knowing you did a poor job and still charging someone for it is just unacceptable. I have not used any of their other services so can't comment but this will be my first and last experience at this salon.

This salon claims to be a high-end salon. 

I have been a customer at this salon until today. The poor choices by the owner and staff to use an image of the wicked witch with a house on her legs to announce the departure of a stylist very disappointing. 

The fact that they then deleted all customer comments who were upset by their classless act and then blocked said customers from the salon's social media accounts shows the lack of professionalism at this salon. They have turned off many customers who will now find another place to bring their business. 

The salon obviously does not realize the repercussions their actions will have on their client base but also their current staff. 

Also, the salon needs major updating. The outside is undesirable and the inside, while large, lacks sophistication or design flow.

I've been getting haircuts here for years after getting one too many bad cuts at the fast food haircut chains. Fallon always does a great job on my hair. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Everyone is so nice here but my favorite is Andrea - I am always extremely happy with cuts, color and anything she does!
A little on the pricey side but to me it is definitely worth it!
