I don't usually write reviews for places, but for this place I feel I had to. Ordered Jerk wings and a large soup which came up to about $22. When I received my order it was literally 3 wings with rice and the soup was small. Now I would like to say their portions is small, but that's an overstatement because I can literally get double that size for less than 10 dollars at any other restaurant. So just be wary if you order from here that you will be greatly shortchanged when it comes to the portion size. I would definitely recommend you buy from another golden krust or another restaurant

I ordered a large oxtail and a large curry goat. The oxtail meal cost me approximately $26, most of which were chuncks of bone. The price is definitely costly-which I can no longer afford to buy. Secondly, the curry goat was overpowering. The flavor was completely different from the other times I have ordered. Not sure what changed except cost, but I feel as those we are paying more now and getting way less. I wouldn't be a returning customer. Good luck.
The place was very clean during a time I'd consider heavy traffic 4:30ish. There wasn't a lingering food smell so nothing to hang on to your clothes or hair once you leave. The counters were clean and the food casing was neat and clean as well. Hoeever, i must say, the price was outlandish for the oxtail‼ I understated food prices have risen and oxtail in general has become a major delicacy, a previously detested meat, but the way they were charing is ridiculous . So I ordered oxtail and steammed mixed veggies. The server/cashier said the following, "We weigh the oxtail onces it's in the container with the veggies and plantain." I noticed the posted sign after. So I said, you mean to tell me you're charging $12 or $14/lb for the oxtail and you're weighing the oxtail, container, veggies and plantain? She said yes and I said take out the oxtail and give me the goat‼‼I mean if they charged me just for the oxtail separate I would've been fine with the inflated price, but I'm not paying oxtail price for the container, veggies and 2 pieces of plantain!!! Highway robbery at its finest. I feel sorry for the poor person who decides to buy it not understanding how they're charging!
The service wasn't bad but the food was horrible. My wife's jerk chicken made her feel like a jerk for choosing it! it was salty, sprinkled with a little pepper. My sister-in-law's jerk pork was just as salty and the kingfish that they got for me although lightly seasoned was mostly fresh to taste. I would not recommend any of these dishes to anyone from this place especially for the prices they charge. I will certainly not be eating there again first impression ghastly! They're giving Jamaican food and absolutely horrid name and that is coming from a born Jamaican! I only read it one star because I could not rate it a half a star. Stay away from this location that's my recommendation.

Do not eat here! They make their food with no care in our unhygienic and their services. There has been three times where I found hair in my curry goat. This place needs to be shut down immediately .
I go to this Golden krust for some Jamaican ice cream the line was very long, because of a lady was taking laughing with a worker in plain clothes, I think it was a manager who was laughing, talking and taken her order, while people waiting on line for like 20 min, only one person serving, and taking orders in the store and on the phone. Someone said to hurry up the line is long and you in a conversation, the manager respond with a very nasty attitude shouted if y'all can't wait just leave it's unprofessional to have that energy towards customers. I will never go back there If I could put zero they would never get 1 star.
New Cook I think Food Not good like it use to be Got the Jerk Chicken didn't even taste like jerk chicken it tasted Just Baked with no Jerk Sauce in it. .Disappointed
Ordered Curry Chicken via UberEats. My chicken was completely raw on the inside. I contacted the location, was placed on several holds before being told by the worker “I just went and looked at a piece of chicken from the same pot and the chicken was fine.” I informed that MY chicken was in fact NOT FINE and I noted my offensive taken as the worker appeared to insinuate I was lying. The worker then proceeded to tell me she will inform management and they will “make a decision regarding my complaint, and get back to me at another time”. AGAIN MAKING IT APPEAR AS THOUGH THIS IS AN INCONVENIENCE TO THEM. I will never order from here again. Instead of honoring the word of a valued customer and offering to send out another order or even refund me my money, I was told I had to wait for a decision to be made. POOR FOOD QUALITY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING
