Traditional Hong Kong bakery serving pastries, hot and cold drinks. We had coffee, tea, egg tart and raisin walnut bread, all for $8.50.Food: 5/5
It’s the best place to buy traditional Chinese New Year’s food. Good value and service!Food: 5/5
We have HK style stir fried bee hoon, soy sauce stir fried noodles, egg tart and HK milk tea. The service is patient and good, even though not with smile. HK milk tea is tea bag, taste OK. Egg tart barely passed my daughter’s taste test but it’s likely because she ate it 6h later. The bee hoon is OK but I was missing food from Singapore. I enjoyed it.
Delicious Coffee and fresh baked goods. Food for two for less than $10Food: 5/5
Come here at 6:30 am for fresh baked bread, one of the few bakeries in Chinatown to still do so. They also have the best egg tart in all of Chinatown.
The egg tarts here were fantastic. The crusts were flaky and melt in your mouth, and the filling was tasty. The pork buns were okay. The bun bread was delicious and the sauce was okay, but the pork itself wasn't good. The filling was mostly pieces of fat, and the bits of meat that were there were small and chewy. I'd definitely go back for the egg tarts but would look elsewhere for some pork buns.
My go to place for egg tarts! Always fresh and delicious. The crust is flaky and the custard is creamy with a lot of egg flavor and it’s not too sweet. I also like their pork buns and made to order toasted ham and egg sandwiches.
I really enjoyed the food here. The egg tart is spectacular and if you’re in the area you have to go check this place out.
Warm toasty breakfast sandwich made to go. I always get their croissant with ham and egg or white toast with spam & eggs. They also have noodle, rice noodle with mixed sauce, fish eggs and steamed rice with sausage next to the wide selection of baked buns, tarts, rolls and they have a fresh mango mochis. I love their chestnut puree roll and coconut pudding in a cup!
Their dantat egg tarts, cha siu bao, milk tea, lai you bao cream bread are all the best in nyc!!
