I pulled up and the guy immediately was spraying the car, so it was confusing when I was supposed to pay or roll my window down. He didn't really make it clear what their process was. Then he told me to put the car in neutral and "no brakes" but then immediately turned on the car wash advance! I'm not an old lady. I'm not slow to move. He did it immediately upon saying this. He's yelling, "no brakes" when my car is not even IN neutral yet. Yeah, I have my foot on the brake because you gave me no chance to change gears, dude! 
It was the end of the night and he was rushing. It wasn't cool. I'd still go here if I was in a pinch, but after that, I'll likely chose somewhere less stressful if given the opportunity.

More than enough vaccums,  fast service , great choice in the soap they use and the greatest part is that just paying one price for the month and you can wash your car as many times. Great business call.
