First, I should say I think Michael is really a great guy. From the fee-only structure to his emphasis on personal lifestyle change, it is obvious that he cares about people and wants them to succeed. He knows money but it's people that he cares about most.

I'm not keen on the term "behavioral economics" but what it boils down to here is that he wants to help people be aware of the many decisions we make on a daily basis and make changes that improve our lives. 

The combination of financial planning savvy and the person-centered approach that understands how hard it is to change, but how empowering it can be, is a real winner in my book!
