Just had another great experience with Goleta Jewelers. In this day and age of national chains, and online shopping, it's incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner-operated service-oriented shop.  Tom totally knows his stuff, is customer-focused, and is so enjoyable to interact with.  What always impresses me, as well, is that whenever I go in, it's never a "big" sale, but it's small repairs (that I'm sure aren't money-makers for the store), but I am always treated with respect, courtesy, and as though I am important.  THAT is the mark of a great businessman, and a true professional.

Don't waste time and money visiting the razzle-dazzle chain stores.  

Tom Jehovic, the owner, creates exactly what I want!  He's repaired items for my wife and me and transformed old pieces into masterpieces. My wife gets compliments on the jewelry I buy at Goleta Jewelers.

Extensive inventory of interesting jewelry items. Very nice and friendly and helpful staff. Hard to find parking sometimes.
