Great staffs, amazing drinks, super clean, very spacious with indoor/outdoor seatings and quick service! It's very easy to find parking. I've been to this location twice for their grand opening B1G1 Promotion pick from their Top 10 drinks. I tried earl grey milk tea with 3J's, passion fruit with green tea, matcha tea latte, pearl milk tea, strawberry latte and Taro milk tea. It's great to be able to choose the ice and sugar level. Highly recommend you to add toppings! They do make perfect tapioca pearl and the texture is perfect. The girl at the cashier was very helpful explaining about the drinks and giving great recommendations. The lady that gave me the drinks was super sweet. I will definitely go back to try more drinks.
A popular place. Just stayed a few minutes and saw many costumers walking in. I like mango milk with pearls and my kids like strawberries milk. The store is clean and employees are friendly. Will be back often.

The drinks are good, but the employees are terrible. One day my friend and I bought total of 9 drinks and we give tips too. If you ever go there, they have 4 tables n chair, we sat there and the employee start passing by us several times and looking at his watch. Just fyi, their drinks is not cheap. No it’s jot closing time yet. They turned the music so loud so we can’t even hear each other, they turn the fan around so we are sweating. Like starbuck the chairs and table there were serve for people hang out. We wont go back just like their wishes. We found golden tea at Lowell that serve a great drinks too! Bye!
Tea is great but don’t try to order bubble waffles, they only have one machine to make them and I ordered 3 so I had to wait about a half hour for them because they messed one up and they said 10 min wait which is fine but it ended up being 10 min per bubble waffle. Please get more machines before offering them to customers so you can produce them at a decent time lol otherwise all is well, again great tea. Poor execution of the bubble waffle
Their flavor aren’t the same as another Gong Cha and the jelly and boba are poorly made
Top tier bobba and they have bio degradable straws, the first that I'm seeing from any place that sells bobba. Easy recommendation.
I visited the store for the first time Saturday. The store was not busy, there were four people staffed. I ordered an earl grey milk tea, 30% sugar, with ai-yu jelly. On the drive home right before my bf and I parked, I found a stand of hair in my drink. I had already started drinking after leaving the store. I called the store and informed them about the drink, the phone was passed around until someone could speak to me. I relayed the info again about my drink. They offered to make me another when I come back, but I was already out of the area. I won’t be returning to this location.
