This is my first time in this establishment. Very clean, organized and calm. Good for studying The staff are friendly and orders are pretty quick.  I ordered a coconut milk tea with bubble. It came cold, sweet and very refreshing.  Highly recommend this location lots of nearby parkings as well

Bubble tea! How can ordering a drink YOUR way be bad?! Yet, the location does have its flaws.  -On one hand, it is close to a bunch of other stores and restaurants that have delicious foods and wonders to buy. You are in the center of downtown afterall!  -On the other hand, if you plan on picking up- expect to be walking for a bit from the nearest parking lot or if you are lucky, a parking spot that is somewhat nearby for 15 minutes max. However don't stress it! Unless you are ordering 5+ drinks, it'll be done within 5 minutes.  - As the location is more new compared to other places, so are the staff. So give them some slack :  - This location does NOT take phone orders. Either you would have to order via Grubhub, UberEats, their KFT app or go in-person.  Edited: Middle of May 2022  Features: - Seating is available and the lobby is expanded full-floor for dine-in  Masks are still recommended but don&#39;t feel that you have to keep one on if it is not that busy.  Overall, social distance for everyone&#39;s safety as there is plenty of room to do so. Please and thank you.  Hand sanitizer is available to customers at the register and at the pickup area.   Bathroom is currently available as of May 2022, ask staff for code.

first time coming here and i honestly really liked it. i loved the size and shape of the boba which i know is kinda weird but it was perfectly round and smooth which just feels better in my mouth lol. i got the honey milk tea which was just a little too sweet but still good, i recommend they make a strawberry milk tea though because i’ve been wanting to try it and if they’re quality is this good im sure it’ll be great :

Ordered takeout Thai Tea and this was either some sort of milk tea or the WORST thai tea I have ever had in my life. The place is brand new just opened..unacceptable for a chain Boba place known for having great drinks. Will not be going back to this location.

I love this placeee. Best boba place in Lowell in my opinion. I always come here during seminar or gym class for a mid day pick me up. I highly recommend honey oolong milk tea and the lavender lemonade. There's this glass thing so it's hard to know what they r saying but it's fine. I recommend getting a large bc the small is pretty small.

I love kung fu tea but this branch disappointed me! Friday night we drove 30 minutes to get there and we got there at 9:10pm only to be told "sorry we ran out of tapioca! Since it's near closing time we didn't prepare more..." to me thats laziness. I'm not happy. I rather go to another location.

Love the boba tea! It's one of the best in Lowell, just the right amount of sugar, tea, and milk!  UPDATE: It seems like every time I go there, the quality keeps going down. Last time I got a matcha bubble tea, it tasted powdery even when I shook and stirred the drink!

The tea is good only that the location is not parking friendly, so make it not easy to pick up.Food: 5/5

Decent tea and service, plenty of seating.

I like Kung fu tea but I feel really disappointed at least with this location. I don’t think i go to this location ever again
