call after Uber driver refused to bring me and my family to the airport for having what he call too much baggage; Gonzalez taxi came quick, driver did not complain about anything and brought us to the airport promptly; I appreciate your quick respond and efficiency , it was a pleasure riding with this guys. I definitely recomende them! 5*****

The worst taxi ride ever. Gave the driver the written information with address and were taken for a ride for at least 3/4 hour. During this time he drove up the street the wrong way, at one time with no lights on, stopped and asked directions twice and to cap it off took us to the airport. His reg. no is OT 3632. He could not speak English. In the end when the driver stopped to ask another taxi driver for directions my husband and I got out of the car and asked the other taxi driver to take us to our destination. Some welcome to New Jersey. Have also tried to telephone cpompany to no avail!!!!! Not even worth the one star, but to get this recorded had to give it a 1 star.

The taxi service is bad don't use this because the taxi is bad and never showed up waited about 1 hour and never came get another company I suggest.

Completely unreliable. Scheduled in advance; driver never showed up, calls went to voicemail.
