I order from them regularly and I tip sometimes and sometimes I don’t. Today the guy hollered at me for not having enough money to tip and when I called to speak with the manager she wouldn’t let me tlk to him and she said he had a right to fuss about me not tipping him because that’s how he make a living. Mind you I pay for my food and pay the delivery fee. I’m not obligated to tip every time.

This is the worst place to order food and who in the he’ll charge a delivery fee and they also charge you a dollar and 75 for a chicken wing one, the food was so damn nasty and they are RudeOrder at your own risk

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I wish I could give this place zero stars! 

I ordered my food with no problems. The driver arrives, calls me and asks me where I'm located. I tell him where.  After waiting for some time I call back to find out if he was close.  He says that I need to come outside because they don't deliver to the door.  Excuse me??  I stood at my door, waiting for him to walk up, nothing.  He replies "what you going to do, do you want the food or not?"  I hang up, call the store and they inform me that its their policy not to deliver to store.  

Here's my issue: you choose to open a business in "urban area" to make LOTS of money off of the "urban community."  So what that means is you have to deal with what comes with the territory. If these people are too afraid to deliver to "urban people" then they need to open their businesses in a different neighborhood.  Plain and simple.

As I waited for my order of wings and fries. I noticed the cook had sat 2 LARGE TRAYS OF COOKED EGG ROLLS ON THE FLOOR!!! Under the shelf with the 2 liter sodas. I yelled to him, " Why are you putting food on the floor"? I then called the attention to the lady behind the counter, told her the problem, and promptly asked for my money back. She seemed upset at the guy for doing that...If I had my phone, I would've taken a picture. I WOULD NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN, AND I PRAY THAT YOU DONT!!!
