One of the worst Subway experiences, disgusting and unsanitary. WIth only two people in line, the sandwich maker mixed up my sandwich with another guys food. I get home, ready to eat and notice it’s the wrong sandwich. The owner of the restaurant is out of the country, so the staff could not compensate me in anyway for the EXTRA hour and gas, in addition, they tried to offer me the same returned sandwich from an hour ago. I’m pretty sure the other person opened and touched the sandwich. I refused and they were persistent on me taking the same old sandwich. After that battle, they finally offered to make me another sandwich. I asked in what way am I being compensated for this time and gas that I wasted for her mistake. They said that I wasn’t. I asked for my money back, no food and I cannot recover the past hour and fifteen minutes wasted due to this staff members dumb mistake, then more time to keep checking to ensure the minor void actually went through properly. This has never happened and the staff is rude and extremely incompetent. They treat people like animals. The cashier also played with the sandwich opening it and putting his fingers through it, highly demanding that I take that same old sandwich. Just disgusting. There names where Mamun, Meeto and the one who initially messed up the order was Sharmin (according to Mamun); however, she didn’t have on a name tag. Pay extra attention to this staff if you must eat there.

One particular server at this location does not understand customer service and was really rude. I wouldn't recommend going to this location if you can afford not to.

Manik and his staff are always friendly and have fresh veggies for the toppings. I enjoy going here at least once a week.
