Beware of bait and switch. I had a setting done by them and had an agreed price for the diamond weight and they showed me the design on a computer. When I paid for the item, they go “Oh the piece needed less diamonds by 3 equal to 9 points.” Its funny how the computer showed how it will look after putting all of the dimensions in with all of the diamonds that I was quoted on, so that was all bs. I also agreed on paying extra for hearts and arrows originally and paid based on the weight I wanted. When I said something they tried to make some lame excuse about using more gold and the price was what I paid. I complained and they took a 100 off (which the diamonds weight that was quoted on the piece is worth more than that). Then they couldnt figure out how to get me the 100 back so i told them to use that toward a pendant in gold for me. They quoted me and I agreed. The day I picked up the piece, they did the piece in yellow gold when I wanted white and they had the notes. Now to fix their mistake, I had to wait 3 weeks to get it done right (any jeweler would take only a few days to do what I wanted). On the way to pick up the correct piece, they called me trying to say they had to do something with the white gold and wanted to charge me a 100 more. Be careful with getting custom work done. They are looking to boost their profits and rip people off. I was on the hunt for a better jeweler and gave them a shot especially the amount I spend a year on jewelery. Never would recommend them to any of my friends after my experience.

The AVC is one of the most beautiful cut you will meet. Johnathan is passionate about his diamond. Very educational, wonderful service and a purchase of a life time. I love my diamond, it's better than we can hope for!! Johnathan thank you so much!!!

Incredible customer service! They went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I select the right diamond for my engagement ring. They were so helpful and had an amazing assortment of settings and diamonds! I highly recommend them! Ps. We live in Manhattan and drove all the way out there because we heard such good things about them--- everyone was right!
