The employees there were nice but the managers are so unhelpful and have a horrible attitude . I signed up for the forever 21 rewards card and they refused to give me the 15% off. I didn't make a big deal out of it but just overall wasn't a pleasant experience . This one manager doesn't treat her employees fairly . Don't know the name of her but get rid of that tall black girl she's like a demon to be honest as what people tell me ,LOL

Never have I ever experienced such aweful customer service, and from two managers at that! While asking for an item that was on a mannequin but was not visible anywhere around it, manager gave me and my friend an attiude right off the bat. One manager told us to take the shirt off the mannequin and while we were doing that, the other manager proceeded to be extremely rude. When we asked for their names to report them, they refused to give us their name. Never will I ever shop at this location again. The level of disrespect is disgusting. They should both be fired.

Completely awful. Manager was extremely rude. I went to return a purse that I had for a few days that started deteriorating due to the item being poorly made. The manager told me the purse wasn't from Forever 21... I opened the purse and showed her the Forever 21 Label AND the receipt. Once she was proven wrong she stated with an attitude how I could not return it at her store, not even for a store credit since it wasn't in the same condition as purchased. She pretty much told us to go away and "was done talking here." As a major company, they should accept it either way since it was their item and it was not the quality I had paid for. The store in the mall in Bayshore however was extremely kind and gave me store credit even though it was bought at the store in Massapequa. Basically, the store in the Massapequa mall needs a new manager who respects customers and the manager at the Bayshore mall deserves a raise for how helpful he was.

Its one of the most organized Forever 21's that i have ever been too, i was able to find the jeans section to buy some pairs for my daughter. But i went back the next week to make an exchange and the whole store was re-arranged, my daughter (16 years old) says they change it all the time and its hard to find things when they are changing the store around every minute so its just as confusing as ALLL the other forever 21's. :(
