I have to update my review. It used to be 4 stars, but they are really slipping here. Portions have become totally arbitrary, there’s no attention to detail, customer service has gone way downhill the last two months. I don’t know what happened, but most of the employees who were truly outstanding are gone, and their replacements are sullen, careless, and poorly trained. I’m very disappointed to see what was once one of my favorite places go so downhill. I mean, after years of coming to expect great service, friendly employees, and quality food, it’s very disappointing. I mean, when you go to subway, you expect sullen, downcast faces and carelessly tossing wet old lettuce onto disgusting bread. You don’t expect it at goodcents.

Can't say good things about this place. No better place to get a sandwich in Lincoln. Staff is always friendly and in a great mood. A++

Whoever that man was who appeared to be "in charge" was extremley rude. He not only wouldn't listen to what my family and I was asking to put on OUR sandwhich, he just did things the way he chose. We asked for the sandwhiches to be toasted and he told us "they don't need to be." Not only was he rude and not listening to our order he messed up the order in front of us and instead of admitting his mistakes he took it out on the customers. The other females and one male working there looked miserable from him yelling at them every second. (Don't know his name but he had brown hair long enough to his ears and around 5'8.)

As much as I love Goodcents, this location has never given me good service.   It took 1hr 21min for my cold sandwich to be delivered. On the positive the driver did call me to tell me it was going to be late, but not only was it late, it arrived with no coupons or anything to suffice me missing my lunch at work AND they covered the outside top of the sandwich bread with mayo. Not happy. Will not eat at this location anymore.

I had an amazing time here, I came in with a friend and the staff was excellent, we were helped by the shift leader and another employee and we had an excellent time, and they did a wonderful job with our orders.  The food was delicious and fast, with great customer service, I plan to be back soon!
