Shop around, it is worth it! Came in with a phone that needs a new battery (37% capacity left). They give me a rough estimate $55 labor, plus parts. Total about $110-$115. I buy a new battery from ebay. I go back a few weeks later and ask if they are willing to do just the labor: I get this quote $75-$100 . I actually have found a phone store in Ventura who will do it for $45 labor. Would have loved to keep my business local, but not if that means double the price.

If you value your data, don't let your computer get ANYWHERE NEAR this place! Take it to someone who knows what they are doing, like Ventura County Computers, or Smart Technology Enablers. You have been warned.

Took in Chromebook with cracked screen; too much to repair which they did not push me into it and totally agreed not a wise decision. But replaced my broken screen on phone that the cost was very reasonable. Very helpful guys and kept the business in our town. Thank you Good Fix guys!

Nice guys - bad work. My phone went in with a broken screen and came out with a broken audio jack, the wrong color screen (although I went along w/ it cause it looks good), and the screen and back poorly adhered so that light leaks out of the corners of the screen, and the back is going to get debris stuck in it. Botton line- I'm going to have to take this to another place to get it fixed again. I would have refused to pay full price and haggled, but I don't live in town anymore and needed to split. There are a lot of placed to get a screen replaced. I should have asked for recommendations from people I know. After talking to people about this incident I'm finding out there are some excellent and cheaper places in Ventura.
