Good deals on several types of clothes but TERRIBLE lighting, just terrible! Especially in the men's department, makes it difficult to pick out clothing that will coordinate. Also terrible set up for dressing rooms, very difficult to tell which are occupied and which are not without knocking on every door or opening door and creating an awkward moment.

I went to JCPenney's to buy a suit the employee that help me Julian had amazing customer service he was very knowledgeable and friendly he help me find everything that I was looking for and get the suit and the right size I needed would highly recommend that JCPenney's location

Fairly large selection of clothing. However, there is no rhyme or reason to the store layout, there's random little displays blocking every single aisle, the fire exits cannot be seen, and there's so little signage. In short, a frustrating shopping experience.

Looked at the men's suits and shoes here, was not impressed. Aisles were clogged with racks and store seemed outdated.

Lots of good products at decent prices...except for their home goods. Those are way too high. Sephora is good.
