This gym is clean and 24 hours. I work out in the women's section which is a bit small but still works for me. There's still a lot of options for weights in the women's section which I appreciate.

Clean. 2 levels. Nice hot yoga studio. Large gym. Clean floors (no carpeting like other Goodlife gyms that can hold odours). New equipment. Nice stretch area. Nice free weights area. Nice crowd - family friendly. Friendly customer service. Nice clean washrooms. No complaints.

I’ve been a GoodLife member for almost 5 years and this gym is literally my therapy and my home! I come to gym almost 3-4 times a week and I’m always happy and excited about being there. The staff are ALWAYS super friendly to me and I never had ANY issues at all with this club... NEVER! :) I’ve also took some hot yoga classes before and the yoga instructors were AMAZING as well!! 
But really though, there is not even ONE thing I didn’t like about GoodLife! :) 
Having a membership at GoodLife is totally WORTH the money to pay for!

When I moved to Burly I was looking for two things out of my gym: inexpensive and hot yoga. Goodlifes got that in spades.
