I had signed up for a goodlife membership back in november and been going to this gym up until January when I was told that my membership had been cancelled due to missing payments. After further inquiries it turned out that goodlife has been taking out my money and putting back into my account. I went to get this all fixed and I encountered terrible service at the counter. I requested a manager and the manager told me I was lucky goodlife was not requesting anything from me but to re start a membership. I was never contacted about the issue they were encountering with my payment therefore I did not know there was anything to fix up until the cancellation of my membership. Would have I been contacted I would have fixed this issue right away. But I was not. I do not find myself lucky that goodlife was not taking my payments, nor do I find myself lucky that I have to sign up to a membership all over again and begin a new contract. I will not go again to this gym in lansdowne and visit others where the service is much better.

This Goodlife location is clean, new equipment, the classes are great and plentiful. The service is really good! They also validate parking which is a great bonus. I recommend the Hot Yoga classes.  The proximity to all the good restaurants at Lansdowne makes it hard to keep in shape!

Not a bad gym. Pretty clean, tons of equipment. The class schedule is pretty brutal (just my opinion.) Not usually super packed.

By far the nicest Goodlife gym in Ottawa. Parking is THE WORST though. There have been several times when we've tried to go here and have been turned away because they're using all of the parking for a sports game or event. Also, the hot yoga here is unhealthily hot. I've seen someone pass out and someone else threw up afterwards. If you go to other hot yoga places in Ottawa you'll notice at least a 10 degree difference.

Great location, staff and equipments. Even have 2 hour free parking. Ask no more.
