I go here primarily for personal training and, while it's expensive (everywhere), I believe it's a great investment in my physical and mental health. Méana is awesome. She has been my trainer for several years and she has really improved my strength, flexibility and stamina. Mark trained me prior to Méana and he is amazing. He is innovative and understands the body incredibly well. I think his specialty is training people with injuries and pain, which he excels at. 
The gym itself is three stars. It's the trainer's that bring it up to four.

Let me start my review by saying that my rating is in response to the weight lifting equipment/area only. The staff is great, the squash area looks great although I don't play squash myself, the personal trainers look very friendly and helpful. 

My gripe with this gym is how small the machine section and the free weight section is compared to other GoodLife locations in ottawa. Additionally a lot of the equipment is old and sometimes not so functional. The machine section feels more like someone's basement gym.

Although it's not fair to compare this gym to the newer locations like Lansdowne and the heron, you're still getting a complete different experience.

Good facilities. Great personal trainers. Parking can be limited especially in the winter.

Typical Goodlife.  Didn't find there were too many aerobic equipment out front but I guess I got there at a good enough time I could find one to use.  Probably highly sought after for squash courts but as I am not a squash player the remainder of equipment seemed a bit lacking (or old) compared to other clubs.

This is a huge gym with separate co-ed and women's sections. There is a good variety of equipments and free weights, as well as a squash area. I do find the locker rooms and bathrooms lacking in terms of cleanliness at times. Lately, this location has also become extremely crowded. There are groups that come and occupy particular stations for hours at a time. So if you are okay with going late on weekdays or early on weekends, it's still reasonable.
