What's up with the raised prices? I used to come in here and buy t shirts. They used to be 1.00 not anymore. I noticed all their prices went up. They haven't changed quality they should have left the prices were they used to be

I was helping a friend out by delivering his donations all items were bagged up and sorted. Upon pulling in to the drop point a haggard lady approached me and asked about the contents. I explained the items too the best of my knowledge. The bags contained name brand shoes at least 40 pairs, Clothes nerf guns and accessories a kitchen setup for girls etc. There are 4 kids at that house and we'll taken care of so the toys and clothes were nice and clean. As the worker began to literally rip the bags open she looked at the items in discuss. As if she owned the company and I was insulting her. There was 2 bags of trash (paper) that I wasn't aware of and explained I would recycle. She declined the items and called all of them trash. I was furious. Her attitude was poor (probably cause she was performing community service). And made a decision for an organization that is supposed too help people. If you decide too donate there are plenty other places that will appreciate it and make sure someone who needs it gets it instead of lining the pockets of a fake charity.

They have nice stuff nice friendly staff but are extremely expensive for being a used store place. They put prices unused items that are very close to new store item prices it would be a lot better if they were more cost friendly. One of the employees once made the comment to me we're trying to make our money too we got to have some kind of prophet period last I checked Goodwill was supposed to be a non-profit organization I thought
