Every time I go to A Goodwill prices seem to be going higher and higher I do like going there because I find things that are unique but one time I went in there and I was homeless and I was cold and I told the manager about my situation and he would not let me have a sweater I had no money but I was cold being a good will they should have helped me out there. Today's Date Is January 21st 2018, I went To A Different Goodwill I Believe Near Panorama City, Ca. I really found some Nice clothing, pants, Shirt, Coffee Cups, and A Beautiful Back Pack. I just Love My Coffee Cups!!!!

They have variety of selections. Prices can go high and low. Sometimes unorganized. Manager is super annoying. Theres one lady, younger and i think with curly hair. Not sure if she's the manager, but she is just VERY rude! She makes up her own policy. I tried to get an exchange one day and i asked for my receipt back because i keep them for keeping track of my purchases, then she told me they keep receipts when returning items. I was with another goodwill and they asked me if i want my receipt back. No stores keep receipt of a paying customer! Next time she does this I'll make sure she gives me the right reason!

Went to drop off high quality donations and was met by an aggressive man half yelling at me about items they didn't except. I didn't even have those items! I get that they hire fellons but if you can't train them how to operate in the real world...why are they working with the public?
