This is a convenient Staples if you work in the are, however, it is a horrendous nightmare of an experience. The electronic payment system is a mess, it seems like there are only two employees working at a givem time. Payment is another ordeal that seems to take mot less than 5 whole minus, Pay with the cash with this one while its still in business. Look for a Pep Boys and Costco because it is a little hidden.

I wish could give this 0 stars. I was a victim of a racial incident in this staples store. I went in twice once to buy folders and a second time to get something I had forgotten the first time and was relentlessly followed around the store by the manager. Without even observing me doing anything wrong she had the nerve to stand at the beginning of aisle watching while I shopped in my second visit. I had the same bag that I had just left out of there with 10 minutes earlier. I don't know what policy they have where shoppers with "bags" are watches but it was very rude and I will be contacting their district and regional office with this story because it's 2018 and I am definitely not the one.

I typically don't leave reviews but unfortunately this store is a huge disappointment. I ordered a calculator to be picked up and when I arrived at the store the manager was very rude. No apologies or effort to help, she simply barked at me that they were out of stock of my item and that she had sent an email. She hadn't. I got an email from her about 5 minutes after I left the store so thanks lady, that was super helpful to me then. I will not be shopping at Staples again which is unfortunate because as a student I give a lot of business to them. Your employees should work on their customer service.

The clerks are helpful if you can initially nab one. There are public restrooms but you will have to request a staff member to open it for you. I would return again.
