I actually found a lot of stuff that I liked today but two things happened that gave this store a one star experience and that had nothing to do with the service. 1) As I walked to look at media one of the store clerks made a comment about how I walk. I tend to walk a little fast and she commented I looked like I was "after something". Could have been just a bad joke but it made me feel uncomfortable and customers should not be made fun when they are shopping. 2) Color of the week on the door for $1 only was purple. They wrote on the chalk Blue tags 50% off as the sale. I stepped outside the door again saw color of the week "Purple" $1 store clerk denied it's existance though we were both looking right at it. It's obvious either a mistake was made or she was scamming me but either way very unprofessional. I thrift at Amvets, Salvation Army, Goodwills never dealt with this type of stuff before. The staff of Goodwill Lockport would do well to keep to their sales ads as well as train their staff to treat their paying  customers a little better.

This store is very dirty and smells.  You walk in and automatically feel nasty.  There isn't ever hardly a sale on a color tag anymore and the prices are as much as in discount store. I have traveled many good wills and Salvation armies and jeans would be 4.99 here they are 7.99 and 8.99 same high price for shirts and other nasty clothes. All of this stuff is free to them and they don't even clean anything or fix anything so no work has to be put into anything. So all they do is hang it up and put super high prices on everything. I won't shop at any of them anymore. Just too dirty and nasty to stay and look around.
