Clean with new exterior friendly staff with a good pharmacy within a plaza with many stores. Good deals on bulk buying and an in-store brand that runs cheaper.  good service counter. ATM can return lotto and coin changer machine. Good beer selection and frozen food section. Seafood needs work and small meat counter. Needs work on organic/ healthy sections. Hot foods are not up to my standards but I do enjoy the fried and rotisserie chicken.

This happens to be the best Tops ever. 12 registers open at 10 am on a Wednesday, they know how to move people through here.   It is always clean and orderly. The displays are always kept organized.

Well maintained store with friendly staff that remembers your name. If you take the time to talk with them that is.

One of the nicest plazas in Lockport.  Shocked it is not full and has had storefronts open for years.  We miss Sears in the plaza.  The Tops is very easy to navigate.  You will find a nail salon, insurance, Supercuts and more in the plaza.  Citizens Bank is also located in the parking lot.
