(My rating here is based on the fact that this is a huge 25,000 square foot store (the biggest by far for 100's of miles), but they have a pitiful selection, which doesn't seem to change much. I've been coming here for years and it was truly a "super store" before the new manager took over about 6 months ago. So my rating is based on what they are now, compared to what they use to be. Hopefully, it will become "super" again.) 9/26/17 update: And lamp section is even worse today. 9/23/17 update: Just when I thought the lamp section could not get worse, this is what I saw today: 8/18/17 update: Their lamp selection has not changed since my last update-it is still pitiful with the same 15 lamps they had then (see photo). They do put 1-2 new ones out once in awhile-but they are of very poor quality. Not sure if the staff is on vacation, but the shelves are pretty bare and few new things being put out. They have also reduced their paintings/pictures selection down to about 15 (which is a ridiculous amount for a store of this size and compared to what they use to put out). Thought they had improved the shopping cart situation, but was there the other day and with the store empty, there were only about 5 carts available. 5/30/2017 Update: After reducing the number of carts to about 25 (for a store that can get 100's of shoppers at a time), and refusing to get enough carts for all the shoppers, the new manager has pulled another winner. His solution: Put metal poles on the carts so they can't be taken out of the store. So now, if you can find a cart when you come in, you can't take what you buy to your car. And if you want some free entertainment, hangout on the sofa by the door and watch as shopper after shopper is stopped dead and startled when they try to take the cart out and it slams into the metal door jam. 12/2016: Everything Went way down hill with new (month old) manager. Been shopping there regularly for years and I've never seen it this bad. Manager removed most of shopping carts so even on a slow day you can't get a cart. Don't put out lamps or art anymore. Putting out lots of junk at ridiculous prices. The good news is that if this keeps up, he will not be manager for long after headquarters sees the big drop in sales. 3/1/17 update: Still no new carts and people are having to resort to taking carts from Gordon's next door so they can properly shop. They've also stopped putting out new lamps. 5/19/2017 update: This new manager is running the store into the ground. Little new stuff coming out and shelves look bare-and what does come out is way overpriced. I heard he fired their pricer because they wanted a day off for a funeral.

After a failed attempt today to go to the Rapids with my daughter which was closed due to tropical storm Emily, we were left puttering around Palm Beach. I happened to pass this Goodwill and on a whim decided to stop and treasure hunt. I love Goodwill. Both shopping there and donating to them. Goodwill supports the community by providing jobs for people with disabilities. Seldom do I purchase something but the fun is in the browsing and if you find something you want the price is right. It's like rummaging around your Grandma's attic. I was pleasantly surprised by this Goodwill. First off it is huge. There is a large selection of clothes, furniture, bric-a-brac, shoes, handbags, accessories, wall art, toys, books, and electronics. The other surprise was how neat and organized everything was. This was probably the best organized Goodwill that I have ever been in. Who ever does the displays has a real artistic flair. Glassware was separated by color making for a lovely display. This location was a lot nicer than the one near my home. If I lived in the area I would be a regular visitor.

It's definitely one of the nicer ones around, much nicer than the one next to my house and much bigger too! I only had visited once but from what I've seen it's a good Gooodwill (no pun intended) and has lots of stuff for you to look at

The location seemed well maintained and decent selection. The staff seemed friendly, except for one particular employee there. This lady seemed annoyed by everything and everyone. Ot seemed that ahe had the responsibility of the fotting room and every time she past by all I herd was complaints..."I just cleared out this rack of clothes and now it's full again!" "People see its full and they just keep on stacking!" "Even the clothes are inside out!"......she seemed so upset about DOING HER JOB. It help very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I think management should really take notice on their employees bahavior.
