My mom needed to replace a TV. She asked that I go with her to Best Buy to help her pick one out. We got to the TV Dept and was immediately greeted by Ray. He was well informed and went out of his way to answer all the questions that my mother and I had. He was so nice and informative that we ended purchasing a soundbar as well.

What I like about Best Buy is that their associates are not pushy and they don’t haggle you. This is because they are NOT paid on commission. They simply ask you what you’re looking for and what your budget is. From there, they show and explain to you all your options. 

I’ve been here more times than I remember and each dept seems to treat you the same. The prices are always reasonable, and they have some awesome open box deals. It’s worth a trip to the store. 

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5 stars!

Jason (Moblie Manager) and Stephen (Sales Consultant) were amazing! I was in need of new headphones, desperately looking for quality while still staying within a reasonable price limit for my college student budget, Stephen went to lengths in order to help me price match and find the best brand/type. Ultimately, Jason was the final word on a really good deal, I appreciate his patience and generosity!

I will shop here again, just for those two.

Good electronic store.... This one is not very big but the selection is decent.... The customer service is pretty good here... And they've always had everything that I've been looking for and have not had to go somewhere else.... And The Geek Squad are really good and nice and they help me without charging me for it.... Overall pretty good electronic store

I didn't get a chance to look around this store. I zoomed off to the restroom, which was very clean by the way, while my daughter took care of what she needed. By the time I came out she was at the register and I didn't get to look around. We were in a hurry that day but the first thing g I noticed about this store was the layout is different from the store in Boynton. That can be a good thing so it makes you feel like you're in a different store. I don't know how helpful this review is, but I'll return someday. The Boynton store is closer for me and I usually go there.

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I will because the customer service here was horrible! When purchasing items they are super nice as far as returning them because they are defective or broken they don’t care to help you or find a solution for you I asked the customer service representative to show me how to put the item back and she’s like it doesn’t matter you’re going to return it anyways(considering her response I did return it and will be purchasing at a different location). I even spoke to a so called customer service supervisor and she didn’t care to hear my feedback very unprofessional the people that work there!
